# MACD Signals

MACD Signals are precise, rule-based alerts that trigger bullish or bearish conditions based on the interaction between the normalized MACD line and its signal line.

These signals are especially useful for spotting trend reversals in **oversold or overbought zones**, where momentum extremes typically occur.

### Reversal Signals

Visual markers (▲ for bullish and ▼ for bearish) are plotted when \[clean momentum reversals are detected. These signals are:

* Strategically filtered to reduce clutter
* Only shown in areas where price is likely to reverse
