# Money Flow

Displays net capital inflow or outflow, revealing underlying buying or selling pressure that may confirm or question the price trend.

The money flow setting displays net capital inflows or outflows, giving insight into buying or selling pressure that may not be immediately visible on price alone.&#x20;

Positive money flow aligns with buying interest, while negative flow suggests selling.&#x20;

For example, if the price is rising but money flow is negative, it could signal hidden selling pressure, warning traders of a potential reversal.&#x20;

Conversely, a positive money flow alongside rising prices strengthens the validity of an uptrend.

### Divergence

The system detects both **bullish** and **bearish** divergences between price and the MFI oscillator. Divergences highlight weakening momentum and potential reversal points.

#### **Bearish Divergence**

Price forms a **higher high**,\
but MFI forms a **lower high**.

Interpretation:

* Buying pressure is fading even as price pushes higher.
* Suggests distribution or weakening bullish momentum.
* Often appears before short-term tops or trend pullbacks.

#### **Bearish Divergence**

* Buying pressure is fading even as price pushes higher.
