How do I get access to BigBeluga tools?
All exclusive indicators and toolkits are invite-only on TradingView. After subscribing to a plan on BigBeluga.com, your TradingView username is added and access. You’ll see the indicators under Invite-Only Scripts in your TradingView account.
Which subscription plan should I choose?
Monthly ($66.47/month) → Best if you want to test the waters or trade short-term with full toolkit access.
Quarterly ($128/quarter) → Saves $288 per year compared to monthly. Good for consistent users.
Yearly ($336/year) → Best value (under $1/day). Full toolkit access plus all updates.
Lifetime ($2000 one-time payment) → Full access to everything permanently, no renewals.

What timeframes work best?
The tools work on all available timeframes.
There is no single “perfect” timeframe — it depends on your trading strategy, risk management, and market conditions:
Lower timeframes (1m–15m) → More signals, but higher noise. Suitable for scalpers.
Mid timeframes (1h–4h) → Balanced view with fewer false signals. Popular among swing traders.
Higher timeframes (1D–1W) → Clearer structure, stronger signals, ideal for long-term trend bias.
What’s the win rate of the indicators?
There is no fixed win rate — performance varies by market conditions, timeframe, and risk management. The tools are designed to identify trends, liquidity zones, and market flows but should be used with confirmation and risk controls.
Do the tools repaint?
No. Once a signal is confirmed on a closed candle, it does not disappear or move.
Can I use these tools with a free TradingView account?
Yes. A free TradingView account works, but a Pro subscription is recommended for more layouts, alerts, and smoother workflow.

How do I get the Sonar AI extension?
You can download it for free from the official Chrome Web Store.
What features are free?

How does the AI chat work?
When you install the extension, you’ll receive free tokens for AI chat.
Once your tokens expire, you’ll need to purchase additional tokens directly inside the extension.
Token purchases unlock extended AI chat usage but do not affect the free features.
Do I need a subscription plan to use the extension?
No — the extension works independently from the BigBeluga subscription plans. Free features are always available, and AI chat is token-based.
Can the AI analyze my charts?
Yes. The AI chat can analyze your chart by screenshot upload and provide:
Suggested buy and sell zones
Key support and resistance levels
General market structure insights
This makes it a personal trading assistant directly inside your browser.
Billing
How do I cancel my subscription?
All of our subscriptions are free to cancel.
It is your responsibility to manage your account. Once a purchase has been made, a refund is not possible. Refunds will be given if a duplicate payment is made.
To cancel, simply contact our support team (open a ticket on Discord, or email). They will schedule the cancellation for you.

How do I reactivate my subscription?
If you wish to reactivate your subscription, simply resubscribe through our website — you may choose any plan. After completing the purchase and submitting your TradingView username, go to TradingView and refresh your browser. Your access will be restored immediately.
How do I upgrade my subscription?
Contact support (open a ticket on Discord, email), and they will schedule the change.
The upgrade will activate after payment, and your TradingView access will automatically update to the new plan.

What is your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, access will automatically expire.
Affiliates
How do I earn with BigBeluga
Sign up by filling out the form below & enter your payment information.
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from promoting BigBeluga through paid advertising such as Google or Facebook Ads, and any violation of these rules may lead to review or termination of partnership and commissions.
Payouts are issued on the 1st of each month via PayPal. BigBeluga reserves the right to review promotional activity before releasing commissions, and affiliates not actively subscribed to BigBeluga may be required to verify their activity via email.
Affiliates must not promise profits or guaranteed win rates, and commissions will be denied for refunded or disputed payments.
Tracking relies on the affiliate’s unique link with a 30-day cookie window, and no manual adjustments will be made if referrals fail to track due to device or browser changes.
Spamming links on TradingView or similar platforms will result in immediate removal from the program.
By participating, affiliates acknowledge that BigBeluga reserves full rights to suspend, deny commissions, or terminate access at any time if promotional practices or conduct are deemed inappropriate or misaligned with the brand.
The program welcomes genuine creators who believe in BigBeluga’s products and wish to share them authentically within their networks.
All content including posts, videos, blogs, and comments must be in good taste, reflect professionalism, and portray BigBeluga positively, without any discriminatory or offensive material based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
